The idea of growing older may worry some, but there's no reason it should. Fremont Health's FREE AgeLess Program is here for you.
Our AgeLess Program is designed for people who are 55 and older. Through this program, participants can enjoy educational seminars featuring a variety of health topics. Several support groups are available as well. Medical social workers and pharmacists will also be available to help guide AgeLess members through the world of advance directives, prescription questions, and ways to reduce medication costs.
AgeLess members can receive special discounts on Wellness Center memberships, health screenings, and more.
AgeLess Member Benefits
Wellness blood profiles....................... $35 Includes testing for diabetes, lipids, kidney function, liver function, anemia, infection, and more.
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) $20
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Test $20
Hemoglobin (HgbA1C or A1c) Test.. $20
A 10-12 hour fast recommended for the above tests. Take medications as scheduled unless directed differently by your physician. Tests are offered at a reduced fee and cannot be filed through health insurance. Cash or personal checks accepted.
Hepatitis C Antibody Test.................. Free Detects if you have an antibody against the Hepatitis C Virus. A positive result requires further testing, in consultation with your personal physician, to determine the significance of this result. All positive Hepatitis C tests must be reported to the State of Nebraska Department of Health with your name and birth date.
