Nicole Dix, DO, is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Dix, a native of Fremont, joined the group in 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Dr. Dix earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, IA, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa. Dr. Dix is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Jamie Gustafson, MD, was born and raised in Omaha. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, and completed a residency at the Kansas University School of Medicine in Wichita. Dr Gustafson joined the group in 2014. Jamie and her twin, Jodie, both were competitive swimmers and four year letterwinners at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Gerald Keasling, MD, is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a graduate with distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. His special interests include robotic assisted surgery, treatment of menstual disorders, infertility and wellness.

Karen Lauer-Silva, MD, received her medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, SD, and completed her internship at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Sioux Falls, SD. Dr. Lauer-Silva completed her residency in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine, then joined the faculty as professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was director of the medical student clerkship, and a teaching and practicing physician there for four years before coming to Fremont in August 2005. She is s board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lauer-Silva’s areas of special interest include:  menopause, pelvic pain, vulvar disease, Natural Family Planning, da Vinci robot-assisted surgery and all aspects of general obstetrics.

Mark Leahy, MD, is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Leahy was one of the first gynecologists to perform robotic-assisted surgery in Nebraska. He has taught many physicians throughout the Midwest on this new technology, and is a certified da Vinci proctor. Dr. Leahy's areas of special interest include: infertility, menstrual regulation, pelvic pain, and obstetrics.
