Please note, your physician's fee will not be included in your hospital bill.  You will receive a separate bill for this fee. In addition, you may receive further bills for specialty testing (for example: if an X-ray is done, you will receive a bill from the Radiologist to read the X-ray).

Payment options

Fremont Health offers several payment options to help you manage your medical bills.

  • Prepaid Maternity Plan: A packaged payment program for patients who do not have maternity or third party coverage, who meet the terms of and conditions of the program.
  • No Interest Payment Plan: Payment plans are available at 0% interest to make monthly payments up to 12 months.
  • Bank Loan Program: A low interest rate bank loan is available to make monthly payments up to 60 months.
  • Financial Assistance: After completing a Financial Assistance Application, a patient is eligible to qualify for financial assistance if their household income is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
