You have the right to register concerns or complaints about Fremont Health Medical Center, your care, an employee, or your doctor. If you want further explanations about your care, have questions about your rights, need assistance in resolving problems, or wish to present a complaint, please contact your nurse, the nursing unit supervisor, House Supervisor, or the Clinical Effectiveness Department at 402-727-3459 or at feedback@fremonthealth.com. If your concerns are not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring at 1-800-994-6610 or complaint@jointcomission.org. You may also contact KEPRO at 1-855-408-8557.
