Fremont Health offers the highest quality of care for individuals needing joint replacement surgery and other orthopedic procedures, such as arthroscopic surgery or minimally invasive spine surgery.

Our goal is to have our patients return home ready to enjoy their increased mobility and improved lifestyle.

Joint Replacement Surgery

Our orthopaedic surgeons offer the latest procedures and options for hip, knee and shoulder replacement and reconstruction.

  • Total Hip Replacement
  • Total Knee Replacement
  • Total Shoulder Replacement
  • Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement
  • Revision for Joint Replacement
  • Partial Knee Replacement
  • Minimally Invasive Joint Replacement
  • Joint Preservation Surgery

Minimally Invasive Procedures

When surgery is required, a less invasive surgery called arthroscopy is often used. Surgeries such as ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilizations are a few surgeries facilitated by arthroscopy. Some patients will require more invasive surgery in order to return to a more active lifestyle.

Pre-surgical education classes

We believe a well-informed patient will approach a surgical procedure and postoperative experience with greater enthusiasm and less apprehension. Since preparation for surgery and recovery is an important part of your care, pre-surgical education classes are available. The class will give you a better understanding of what to expect before, during and after surgery.

Ensuring Success After Surgery

Our advanced care and dedication to comfort continues after the patient is released. Complete discharge planning provides coordination of outpatient physical therapy or home care services for patients returning to their home, and for patients unable to return home right away, transfer to a short term skilled nursing facility to continue with rehabilitation.
