Become a patient and family advisor by serving on our Patient Experience Committee.

Patient and family advisors help us by:

  • Sharing stories about their experience at Fremont Health.
  • Helping to create materials and plans for improving healthcare quality and safety for all patients.
  • Providing input on how to improve our care practices and the overall patient and family experience.
  • Giving feedback about their Fremont Health experiences.
  • Letting us know what went well and what we can do better.

Advisors need to:

  • Listen and share their opinions respectfully.
  • Think about ways to improve healthcare.
  • Work well with others.
