The healthcare professionals at Fremont Health Medical Center are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care, in the safest manner possible. Patient safety is the top priority at all levels, including management, physicians, and staff, and the Medical Center has countless initiatives, measures, and teams in place for improving and ensuring patient safety. Responsibility and accountability is fundamental in promoting safe patient care
Our Patient Safety Goals
Safety has always been part of the mission and vision of Fremont Health, but today it is at the forefront of the care we provide. From open-heart surgery to outpatient procedures, health care is more complex than ever. As a result, all accredited healthcare organizations are now required to meet annual patient safety guidelines as directed by the Joint Commission.
If you have concerns about Patient Safety and/or Quality of Care, you may contact the Patient Safety Officer, at 402-727-3459 or the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints by calling 800-994-6610 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
